Three different silver products, three different rates
This is worth being precise about, because the words get used loosely:
- Reni — raw silver, 99.9%. No brand, no packaging, no packing charge. Quoted per tola. That is this page.
- Branded bars. The PSL 10 tola bar and the RGL 1 tola, 1 ounce and 5 tola bars. Sealed and marked, each priced on its own rate.
- 1 kilogram local-brand bars. A manufactured bar with its own pricing — see the 1 kg bar page.
We never merge these into one silver rate. Reni and the 1 kg bar in particular are different products and are always quoted separately.
How Reni is quoted
Per tola, like everything else on our counter — one tola being 11.664 grams. There is no packing or handling charge, because there is no packaging to pay for: the rate multiplied by the weight is the whole figure. Neither is better in the abstract. A sealed PSL 10 tola bar or a 1 kilogram local-brand bar suits someone holding metal untouched; Reni suits someone buying by weight.
Buying Reni from us
Come to the counter, or message on WhatsApp first for larger quantities so the metal is ready. The rate is confirmed at the counter before anything is settled, and you leave with a receipt recording weight and the rate used. Silver is bulky compared with the same value in gold — worth planning storage before buying quantity.
Why buy Reni rather than a bar
Raw silver gives you metal without paying for a wrapper. It suits buyers accumulating quantity, and anyone who will have the silver worked rather than held sealed. The trade-off is at resale: a sealed, branded bar carries its weight and purity on the packaging, while raw silver is assessed on the day.
Selling Reni to us
The buying rate above is what we pay per tola. Bring it in and it is weighed in front of you. Old silver items and scrap are assessed separately at the counter.

No. Reni is raw silver with no brand and no packaging. A PSL bar is a branded, QR coded, sealed 10 tola bar priced on its own rate. Our 1 kg bars are local-brand manufactured bars, again priced separately.
Is there a packing charge on Reni?
No. Raw silver carries no packing or handling charge.
